DO’S AND DON’TS ON THE KETO DIET
The keto diet can be confusing if you don’t know how to do it right. This extremely informative, 9-minute video created by the people at Ruled.me helps clear up any questions or doubts. I chose this video because it’s one of the most accurate and comprehensive overviews of the ketogenic diet and lifestyle I’ve found on the internet.
The presentation is direct and to the point, without any filler or fluff. I really appreciate that kind of approach when I’m looking for tools that will help me understand what I need to have and do in order to experience success.
The name of the website doesn’t sound like it’s about keto eating. I found this video on YouTube, so honestly, I hadn’t visited their actual website and was kind of expecting to find one of those “all purpose, self-help” style of sites. I thought I’d find a variety of different diets and information about each one, with the keto diet being just one of the categories they touched on.
Surprisingly, this site is strictly about the low-carb diet and lifestyle! They offer lots of great keto information, so I feel really good about recommending this content to my readers here on Keto Enthusiast!
Watch the video and then leave any thoughts or questions you might have in the comments below.

Good Luck in Your Keto Journey,

Is stevia sugars ok to add to my meal shakes as having it with the unsweetened almond milk I have to flavor.
Hi Renay,
Stevia is a fine, no-calorie, zero-carb sweetener to use in your keto food and shakes. There are a few other keto-recommended sweeteners you might want to consider, as well! Healthline.com recommends; stevia, sucralose, erythritol, xylitol, monk fruit, and yakon syrup. Here is a link to the page on their website if you want to read about each one in more detail: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/keto-sweeteners
Thanks for commenting and please let us know which you like the best!
